Stella Vee Stott Johnson 1922 - 2006 Stella Vee Stott Johnson, 83, passed away Thursday, February 16,
2006, in Fillmore, Utah. She was born November 8, 1922, in Delta, Utah,
to J. Leo and Velma Bushnell Stott. She married Chester Rogers Johnson
July 17, 1940, in Meadow, Utah. Mother was a wonderful cook and homemaker.
She was well known for her hand dipped chocolates "Stella's Sweets". She took delight in
climbing apple trees and bottling fruit. She had a great sense of humor,
she loved her family very much. She enjoyed reading, working in her
garden and tending roses. She is survived by her children: Jerri (Garth)
Frehner, of New Harmony, Pamiel (Bill) Reed, Gig Harbor, WA, Diane
(Jim) Buckwalter, Salt Lake City, Ginger (Michael) Agee, Helena, MT,
Ken (Shauna) Johnson, Alamo, NV, Jeff (Stacy) Johnson, Holden, and
Penni Sumsion, Draper; 30 grandchildren and 49 great-grandchildren.
She is also survived by her siblings: Leola George, Orem, UT, Joe Stott,
Meadow, UT, Donna Mae Warner, West Valley, UT and Reah Knell Rowley,
Boise, ID. She is preceded in death by her parents, sister, Nadine
Day and brother, Leo Ben Stott. Funeral services will be held Monday,
February 20, 2006, at 11:00 a.m. at the Holden Ward Chapel with a visitation
one hour prior to services. Interment will be at the Holden Cemetery.
Arrangements are made under the direction of Olpin Southern Utah Mortuary.
